To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelAssist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding or schedule changes by airlines.

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting our hotline, comply with airline policies, and review all booking details before confirming any change. You are responsible for any fees, fare differences and applicable taxes.
